Probably one of very few in the market dealing with this subject, thus far. However, these are PHD's, not Attorneys, who collaborated on this book, and it is painfully evident. What they have termed IWB is behavior that is, despite what the authors' opinions may be, workplace misconduct that is "illegal." Overall, this book presents a naive perspective on Insidious behavior by employees, as it fails to recognize the EEOC laws governing this type of misconduct in the work environment, and ultimately the legal ramifications of insidious workplace behavior attorneys can extract from the harm it does to victims. More attention is needed on this subject; however, I think we should leave this subject to experienced attorneys who understand that employees who are harmed by colleagues who bully, harass, intimidate etc., are subject to very serious law suits, as too are the companies/organizations that allow this type of employee misconduct to occur.See all 1 customer reviews...
